How do I take care of my hair? This is one of the questions that most ask me! So I decided to write this post, where I will tell you all the secrets and products that I use. Below I mention all the steps I do when I am taking care of my hair. I tried to explain them in the most perceptible way. I hope it’s very useful for you ❤️
1 Wash
I usually wash my hair every 2 days. Although I do not think the shampoo we use in curly hair is the most important, what I usually use is the Classic Care of TRESemmé.
2 Apply Mask
Here, I think a good product makes a difference. The Mask I use is the Amethyste Hydrate, I’ve been using it for years! I apply whenever I wash the hair and let it act for 2-3 minutes.
3 Brush
Still in the bath, and with the mask applied, I brush my hair.
4 Remove the Mask
I remove the mask with plenty of water.
5 Brush Again
At the end of the bath, I brush my hair again and dry it as much as possible with my hands (don’t dry with the towel).
6 Apply Mousse
The secret! Here, yes, I think the mousse I use makes all the difference. For years I have tried several products that have been on the market until I got to what I use to this day, Pantene’s nr4 Extra Strong Mousse.
7 Dry
I use a professional dryer from Parlux (Parlux 3800), with a universal diffuser. I dry the hair upside down.

1 Lavo
Normalmente lavo o cabelo de 2 em 2 dias. Embora não ache que o champô que usamos em cabelos encaracolados seja o mais importante, o que usualmente uso é o cuidado clássico da TRESemmé.
2 Aplico Máscara
Aqui sim penso que um bom produto faz a diferença. A Máscara que uso é a Amethyste Hydrate, já a uso há anos! Aplico sempre que lavo o cabelo, e deixo-a atuar durante 2-3 minutos.
3 Penteio
Ainda no banho, e com a máscara aplicada, escovo o meu cabelo.
4 Retiro a Máscara
Retiro a máscara com água em abundância.
5 Volto a Pentear
No fim do banho, penteio novamente o cabelo e aperto com as mãos (não seco com a toalha).
6 Aplico Espuma
O segredo! Aqui sim, penso que a espuma que uso faz toda a diferença. Durante anos experimentei vários produtos que existem no mercado até que cheguei ao que uso até hoje, a espuma nº4 fixação extra forte, da Pantene.
7 Seco o Cabelo
Uso um secador profissional da marca Parlux (Parlux 3800), com um difusor universal. Seco o cabelo de cabeça para baixo.
